3 CORE EDC

3 CORE EDC is the Economic Development District for Butte, Glenn and Tehama counties. They offer small business financing for working capital, equipment, real estate and business purchases. They also have a Small Business Disaster Interruption Loan Program for businesses experiencing an interruption because of a presidentially declared disaster, such as COVID-19 and the Camp Fire.
